We started BootChappal to fix a simple problem: comfortable, well-made footwear shouldn't be a luxury in Pakistan.
It began with a frustration shared by millions: footwear that either looked good but hurt your feet, or felt fine but fell apart in a season, and almost always cost too much.
So in 2019, a small team in Lahore set out to build something better. We obsessed over cushioning, tested soles on real Pakistani roads, and refused to cut corners on materials. The result was footwear that felt premium without the premium markup.
